Customer Satisfaction Program

At Chester Engineers, our most important commodity is a satisfied client.  As our company grows and expands into new horizons, we develop and highlight our excellent staff of professionals who champion quality customer assurance.  We are invested in the retention of existing clients as well as the cultivation of new ones. It’s this commitment to excellence in service that has solidified our success since 1910.

Chester’s Client Relations Group provides an opportunity to measure our client satisfaction rating by conducting a periodic phone survey called the CSI (Client Satisfaction Index).  The CSI survey is a tool that helps to maintain quality performance and to keep the client communications flowing.  Our client relations staff welcomes all feedback and can be reached at 412-809-6600
