As part of a Joint Venture, Chester Engineers is the arena owner’s representative, overseeing all phases of design and construction of the new $290 million multi-purpose facility.
This six level, 720,000-square-foot facility will be the new home of the Pittsburgh Penguins and will also be used for events such as:
- NHL Hockey games
- Basketball games
- Arena football games
- Circuses
- Indoor soccer events
- Concerts
- Tennis matches
- Volleyball matches
- Stage shows
- Exhibitions
When completed, the building will be a Silver LEED-certified building with 62 suites, 4 party suites, 2,000 club seats, and 236 loge box seats.
